APPLYING FOR A BURSARY

To apply for a bursary, you must be a resident of the UK, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man.

Contact a licensed Davis® Facilitator for an initial programme assessment, to find out if a Davis Programme is suitable for you.

If your needs can be met by a Davis Programme, then you and your Facilitator will fill in the bursary application forms together.

Licensed Davis® Facilitators near you can be found here.

We are open for applications.

The current application round closes on 31 October 2024.

ARE BURSARIES ALWAYS AVAILABLE?

In order to give bursaries, the Bursary Fund must have sufficient funds. Fund raising is ongoing and donations are gratefully received.

The Bursary Committee informs all Davis® Facilitators when there are sufficient funds so that applications can be submitted.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IF MY APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFUL?

Typically, a bursary will be a substantial contribution to the cost of a programme. In highly exceptional cases, it may cover the whole programme fee.

WHEN WILL I HEAR THE OUTCOME OF MY APPLICATION?

The bursary committee will usually meet within four weeks of receiving your application form. You and your chosen Facilitator will be sent a letter outlining the decision. You will be expected to start your programme within three months of the date of the confirmation letter, and to have completed the programme three months after that.

Testimonial

"Just wanted to say hello, and let you know that I passed all 3 of my exams, and wanted to share the good news! Clinical science - 74/100, OSCE science 66/100, surgical exam 70/100. I also got 76% in my written assignment. I guess the Davis method is working for me! I couldn't have done it without you, So thank you so much, x Tee"
